Mario Circuit 1


This is a very simple and easy track. Use a mushroom on the shortcut to shave off some seconds.

Donut Plains 1


Use a mushroom on the shortcut. The only hazard is some bumpy road on the corner. The Donut Plains tracks can seem a little slippery so be careful.

Ghost Valley 1


Just stay away from the walls and don't fall off the track, and this race is yours. You can use a feather to get across the shortcut, or if you're in 150cc you may be able to hop across it using the L or R buttons.

Bowser Castle 1


Try to hit the turbos so you can gain some speed. Other than that, just drive well!

Mario Circuit 2


The first shortcut is to jump over the turbos like normal, but then land on a little extra jump and get a little bounce. This shortcut isn't easy and is generally not worth it, but if you have nothing to lose then go for it.

The second shortcut is awesome. If you have a mushroom, use it right before you hit the jumps and you'll be able to send your driver way past the finish line and on the next turn. This will save you a few seconds.
